What is a CSA?

YOU, that's right! YOU become temporary members of Willowick Farm so you can receive all our chemical-free, sustainable grown food. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture where you buy shares of a farm’s harvest in advance and then receive a portion of the local, delicious and nutritious crops as they are harvested. The farmer then commits to producing high quality, biodynamic and sustainable-grown food for you and your family.

COST

 TIME FRAME: April-October (7 months)

COST: $770 ($110 per month)  $385 paid to hold reservation. The other half due May 1st.

CONTACT INFO: Julianna & Aaron Campbell, 314-766-5405, willowickfarmstl@gmail.com

IMPORTANT DETAILS: Pick up at the farm is available Tuesday evenings or Wednesday at Saint Basil the Great Orthodox Church on Highland @ 10am. All your items will be packaged together in a crate that will be returned to the farm at your next CSA pick-up. Pick-up will be twice monthly. Call, email or text to arrange changes.

Benefits Per Box Include

2 dozen rainbow chicken eggs or duck eggs non-GMO, free range, sustainably raised, in a wide range of fun colors. Turkey eggs also available in season.

ABOUT OUR Raw Milk:

  • Comes with complimentary cheese making lesson with free cultures to take home
  • From our own rotational pastured Nubian and Alpine goats
  • Raw so all the milk is at its best.
  • Goat’s milk is easier to digest than cow’s milk because it’s proteins are different. Often people with cow’s milk allergies can still eat goat’s milk products.
