We believe that the milking machine is the best way to ensure that our milk is free of harmful bacteria. We use a Simple Pulse.

We use a bleach pre-wash, and a three step post-wash to ensure that bacterial does not grow in our milking lines and contaminate the milk.
We plan to persue Grade A certification in the future.
